Byrd Tile has been a fixture in North Carolina for over 30 years, but like everyone else in the building industry had seen a decline in business over the past year. To increase their visibility, reach, and ultimately sales, Byrd partnered with Metro to create an updated web site (with SEO), a custom blog and a 30 second television spot (with the assistance of Allison Best of The Marketing Department). Their web site now highlights the large variety of available tile, their impressive showroom and their in-house design consultants. Their SEO has moved them into the top 3 in the most searched keywords, and their blog allows them to keep customers and vendors up to date.
